千年古城福州在近代史上熠熠生辉,作为东南沿海战略要地与对外通商口岸,福州建筑吸取了来自各地的外来文化,它们与传统文化结合,蕴育并形成了独特的建筑风格。福州老建筑群中最有代表性的位于三坊七巷、上下杭、烟台山这三处,其建造时间涵盖明清直至二十世纪七八十年代,数量庞大、造型各异,极具保留价值。笔者通过文献查询、现场考察等多种方式获取了大量资料,请教专家,实地考察福州城区不同时期各处老建筑,并对社区工作人员及居民进行采访,实地考察意大利、法国,参考这两个以老建筑闻名于世的国家独特的保护方法并对照我国曾经的失败案例,结合各方面资料及采访结果尝试提出有效的保护对策。笔者从可持续发展角度,提出以福州城区中轴线将三坊七巷、上下杭、烟台山几处老建筑群联系在一起,阐述老建筑群保护开发的基本思路,并设想可在中轴线延长线上高盖山一带的大片空地建起“福州老建筑博物馆”,将没有资格列入文化保护名单的各个较近年代的老建筑在拆迁时保留有代表性的几座,整体搬迁至此,使民居恢复该年代原貌、工业建筑作为博物馆陈列展出该年代珍贵物品,这样可形成一道道极具时代特征的街景。笔者关于福州传统建筑的保护与文化传播研究,对福州乃至全国各地的建筑历史文脉的发展与传承都具有重要意义,并且将对发展福州以至各地的影视、旅游产业发挥积极作用。SUMMARYIn modern history, the ancient town of Fuzhou, a political stronghold and trading port, the foreign and traditional culture combine to shape a unique architectural form and block style, especially in, the San Fang Qi Xiang, the Shang Xia Hang and the Yantai Hill. They are the most representative, crossing the Ming and Qing dynasties until the turn of the last century. Through literature inquiries, field investigation, interviews with well-known experts, successful case studies, visits around the old buildings in different periods, trips to Italy and France to learn different protection techniques and lessons from failure cases, the author proposes a creative and positive protection measure to the unique historical axis pattern of Fuzhou, trying to combine historic building protection and urban development.From the point of view of sustainable development, with the premise of protecting the three historic blocks, the author imagines a new "old Museum of Architecture protected areas" in the southern end of the historical axis. The old buildings, which by law are not historical buildings, will be more representative of the conditions at the time of the demolition of the overall relocation to the restored houses. The industrial building will display exhibitions, forming a very characteristic view of the street in the district.Through research of the conservation and cultural transmission of old buildings in Fuzhou. This case will have important significance to Fuzhou and other cities, showing how to combine the city pattern and architectural history, context inheritance and urban development. It will also play a positive role to support the film, television and tourism industry.
